Returns Policy

We have 3 weeks (21 days) returns policy that starts the day our shipped item is received by our customer.During holiday season (15th Dec to 30th Dec), this returns policy is extended up to 30 days.

We request our customers to send us back the returns in the same condition they were received by them, unused and preferably with tags on. Wearing a jacket for try is OK however we still suggest you do not take the tags off if you wish to return it for a reason.

Promotional items (those are under the deals/discounted scheme) are not eligible for a return unless they are significantly not as described.

All the returns must be sent to our US warehouse address unless otherwise requested.

We request our buyers not to send the item back without contacting us first.Also please never send the item back to the shipping address or the manufacturer’s address without consulting us first.

Unless a faulty or significantly not as described item is received, we issue refunds after deducting shipping costs even if it is FREE because we pay for the shipping.

Missing refunds:

Usually it takes 3 to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your card or bank account so please wait a few days for the money to be in your account. You may also wish to contact your credit card company or your bank just in case; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges are subject to replacement shipping charges unless a faulty item is sent from our side. To return your product, please contact us first.


The customers are responsible for the returns shipping unless we have sent them a faulty product that is a rare due to strict Quality Assurance at our factory. However as a human error we abide by the rules of consumer rights act of the United States.

If you are shipping back an item worth over $100, you strongly urge that you should consider using a tracked shipping service.
